Main Street in Winchester, Kentucky, dedicated to empowering athletes and fitness enthusiasts through specialized training in Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Sports Performance. Our state-of-the-art center features extensive equipment and multiple training spaces designed to accommodate all workout needs.

Molly is a professional aerialist performer turned outdoor rock climber who discovered the sustainable, life-improving joys of weightlifting back in 2018. With a background in personal training as well as flexibility, mobility/hand-balancing instruction in Colorado, her diverse experience creates a creative, real-life approach to fitness training that is truly unique and fun.

William Carter

William Carter has a passion for the field of Human Performance. Now residing in Lexington,
Kentucky, William has an extensive background helping individuals improve body function
whether the focus is on rehabilitation or athletics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports
Management from Ashford University and a master’s degree in Exercise Science from America
Public University.
